- Analyzes job site photos using artificial intelligence
- Classifies issues (obstacles, safety concerns, work completion, etc.)
- Sends automated notifications via SMS and email
- Facilitates communication between field crews, sub-contractors, and prime contractors
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must be registered by an authorized company administrator. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. SMS Communications
By having your phone number registered in CrewAgent AI, you consent to receive automated SMS messages related to your work, including alerts, notifications, and escalation requests.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on job site activity
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS notifications
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
6. Content and Data
You retain ownership of photos and data you upload. By using the Service, you grant CrewAgent AI a license to:
- Process and analyze your content using AI
- Store your content on our secure servers
- Share content with authorized parties (employers, prime contractors) as part of the Service
- Use anonymized data to improve our AI models
7. AI Classification Disclaimer
CrewAgent AI uses artificial intelligence to analyze and classify photos. While we strive for accuracy:
- AI classifications are recommendations, not guarantees
- Human review may be required for critical decisions
- We are not liable for decisions made based solely on AI classifications
- Users should verify AI results when safety is a concern
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and AI technology, is owned by CrewAgent AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for job site accidents, injuries, or property damage
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrewAgent AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Your employer may also remove your access at their discretion.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
